tells user to recompile kernel for USB mouse, when is supported by
default on -current.

-current != 4.4-(RELEASE|STABLE)

If, however, you actually meant it's supported by -stable then this fix is
good (I don't own a usb mouse, so wouldn't know either way).

Yep, it's supported out-of-the-box as of 4.0-RELEASE.
