using an external keyboard with a Compaq Armada E500 laptop (docked
or undocked) causes the machine to lock up completely during setup or
the boot process. Connecting an external mouse doesn't cause any
problems (there is only one external ps/2 connectors). The problem
exist with 4.4 and 4.2 (didn't try 4.3).

How-To-Repeat: boot an Cpq Armada E500 with external keyboard
