	The handbook's explanation of how to chroot named does not work.

Fix: Apply this patch.

The modification doesn't look bad.  It is good to go into the handbook
from my point of view.

Committed a heavily markup-modified/fixed version to revision 1.113 of the 
advanced networking chapter.  This is much more comprehensive than what 
was there before, thanks!
