	I would like propose Ukrainian ISO 8859-5 locale.
	Here is full set of locale files for Ukrainian
	language with ISO 8859-5 encoding and patches for
	Makefiles.
	Unfortunately, ISO 8859-5 doesn't contain Ukrainian
	GHE (G3) letter. So it isn't exactly according with
	modern Ukrainian language. But if you don't need this
	character, it can be used.
