When IPX is up (in kernel and interface) and loaded any modules ng_*
(i'm run pppoed - ng_pppoe, and others) stop system in 5-10 sec,
and reboot without warning

How-To-Repeat: 	in kernel config: options IPX
	kldload ncp.ko
	IPXrouted
	ifconfig rl0 ipx 0x0a
	pppoed rl0

  Oleg,

  now we are preparing for the last 4.x release. It is important
to fix as much problems as possible before 4.11 is released.

Please try to reproduce the problem on RELENG_4 or 4.10-RELEASE. If
it is reproducible, try to build kernel with debug symbols and obtain
a crashdump:
