I need desperately ucom and uplcom USB<->Rs232 converter
drivers that are available on NetBSD.

Fix: Here is a port of these drivers. It should still compile on
NetBSD also (changes inside #idefs). It should also compile on -stable
(uses d_thread_t)

Freebsd -STABLE has had these drivers for a few months now, so they 
are present in 4.7-RELEASE.
