	New section about Floppy Disks for the Storage chapter of the
	handbook, english version.

Fix: The following .uue file contains a doc.tar.gz file. This
	includes a diff file of the disks/chapter.sgml text with the
	new contents.

This section looks pretty good, but this should really be integrated
with the small "Backups to Floppies" sections.  I think it would be
best to just have one section that talks about floppy disk media in
general.

Also, there is no need to tar/gzip a single patch like this.  I think
it would be easiest to just include the patch as plain text without
uuencoding it or compressing it.

Can you come up with another patch that combines your floppy section
with the existing floppy section?
