	Latest open-motif has removed the file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/host.def
	(see CVS log 1.21), but it is required by the configure of french/xtel.

Fix: The following patch copy a default temporary host.def if you do not have one.

How-To-Repeat: Upgrade open-motif to latest, and do not reinstall neither XFree86 nor
	lesstif => your /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/host.def is removed;
	then try to make french/xtel => it is broken.

No port installs host.def anymore except one and sf@freebsd.org is
going to fix that one. This is a problem where the old open-motif
port used to include its own host.def. It doesn't anymore and there's
really nothing that I can think that can be changed in this port
to help. I'm open to patches however if anyone else can. :)
