Description ian j hart 2002-01-05 23:20:00 UTC 
	Calls "uuencode --base64" to do the encoding. Our version of
	uuencode doesn't support this.

Fix: 

Use a port that works, like converters/uudeview
How-To-Repeat: 	biabam filename recipient
	Then try to save the attachment. Since it is uuencoded but marked
	as base64 you get garbage.
