I think ImageMagick-5.4.1.2 in ftp.freebsd.org is incorrectly
build.  I downloaded the package and it is reporting that it is
an incomplete gzip file.

Fix: 

rebuild it from the ports distribution
How-To-Repeat: download ImageMagick-5.4.1.2 from ftp.freebsd.org
try to install the port
