Appears that the chmod command in the installer needs quotes -- but I can't quite find where that is.

1) File a PR correctly as a ports PR. 
2) Let us know what version of Apache you're installing. 
3) Let us know how you tried to install it (ports, packages...). 
4) Show us the error message you see.
