is not up to date. Satoshi Asami <asami@FreeBSD.org> is no longer
a member of the core team.

As well as removing asami from the list of core members, he should be
added to the core team alumni.

In addition, the "Who is Responsible for What" section of this
document should be updated.  The "Ports Manager" role is now managed
by portsmgr.
