Bug 35576

Summary: ssmtp package INSTALL script broken
Product: Ports & Packages Reporter: AnarCat <AnarCat>
Component: Individual Port(s)Assignee: Ade Lovett <ade>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me CC: AnarCat
Priority: Normal
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any

Description AnarCat 2002-03-06 04:00:02 UTC
The mail/ssmtp port install script seems to be broken.

Actually, I think that it is the PREFIX variable that is not set
properly before running the +INSTALL script.

This is with a package build with "make package" in the mail/ssmtp
directory, of course.

Fix:

Unknown.
How-To-Repeat:
# pkg_add ssmtp-2.38.tgz
./+INSTALL: cannot create /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf: directory nonexistent
pkg_add: install script returned error status

Please take this up with the port MAINTAINER, who will doubtless provide
a fix.
