The mt(1) man page refers to "setmark" in several places without
giving a hint as to what it is.

Fix: 

Add description of "setmark" to man page.  (This kind of info should be
in the Jargon or Mag Tape sections of the Handbook, but they're missing.)

As far as I know, setmarks are a DDS drive feature and I have made some minor 
changes hinting at that.
