	Removed the MASTER_SITE_LOCAL Sites, because the file is not there.

Fix: MAINTAINER=    ports@FreeBSD.org

Gah!  That file isn't the right one.  The original file starts off like this:

# Zip Code : Location
#       @(#)zipcodes    8.1 (Berkeley) 6/8/93
00401:Pleasantville, NY
00501:Holtsville, NY
00544:Holtsville, NY
00601:Adjuntas, PR


A copy will be at

	http://galileo.spaceports.com/~jharris/distfiles/zipcodes.gz

until a committer can copy it to ${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL} again.  I'll take
maintainership of this port as well.

(As always, ftpfind.com, filesearching.com, and alltheweb.com are good
FTP search engines.)
