The OpenSSL manpages say they are "User Contributed Perl Documentation"

	This is not an issue with the OpenSSL available in 5.x, and
	only applies to the version available in RELENG_4.

This issue no longer exists.  It was fixed in OpenSSL 0.9.7a.  Thanks
