 I wondered if "/en/" wouldn't be better and my experiments confirmed it
 because the above URL didn't work unless I used "/en/" which got
 translated to this (notice the -1 vs. -7):
 http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/problem-reports/
