Herbert J. Skuhra <herbert@bugat.at> emailed me the following patch
to upgrade the port from 0.1.47 to 0.1.49.  I have tested the patches, plist concerns, and program operability and it looks fine.  0.1.49 mainly contains more small bugfixes, a disable fixate feature, and de.po/sk.po updates.
