devinfo is one of the most useful system reporting/diagnostic commands present
in 5.0-CURRENT.  It has no man page.

Yes it does: lib/libdevinfo/devinfo.3.

On my system, that's the man page for the devinfo library calls, not the
man page for the devinfo command.  Those are not the same thing.  As far
as I can tell, the devinfo command remains undocumented.
