 This is an updated patch to update the doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/hubs/article.sgml.
 It adds a few sections, improves some sentences and uses a bit
 more emphasis possiblities. All previous changes should have
 been kept, but a clean reread is probably a good idea.
