The page <http://www.freebsd.org/releases/snapshots.html>
references <ftp://releng4.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/> and <ftp://current.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/> as places where you can download snapshots.  However, both of these sites require non-anonymous passwords.

Fix: 

Use ftp://snapshots.jp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots instead.
How-To-Repeat: Try to download a snapshot from one of the above links.
