      The POST-INSTALL-NOTES in the exim port(s) mention the need to
edit mailer.conf to make exim the default MTA; but it doesn't mention
the further need to turn off daily_status_include_submit_mailq in
periodic.conf to prevent nightly complaints about the unrecognized
sendmail-specific '-Ac' command-line parameter.
