Thanks for the submission.  Your chapter has been added.  It may take 
up to 24 hours for this material to reach the web site.  I modified 
the whitespace throughout and changed a few instances of the text. 
There is a lot of work that still needs to be done on this chapter. 

We shouldn't use first person pronouns like "I" or "we" in the text. 
Also, it talks about but does not link to other parts of the 
developers handbook and/or the FreeBSD Handbook.  We should link to 
those documents as appropriate, and enhance the formality of the text 
throughout. 

Thanks a lot for writing this up!  I hope very much that you can help 
us improve the documentation even more.
