  This PR updates Russian Apache to latest versions of:
    Apache http server: 1.3.26
    Russian patch (RA): 30.14
    mod_ssl:            2.8.10

  This PR update deinstall script to last from www/apache13
  New script didn't delete www user/group, only warning user about them.
  This port build most of modules as static-linked (like russian/apache13) now.
  This port uses original apache tarball and two patchsets, not pached russian
  apache tarball now.

  NEW FILES:
