	The userland ppp(8) manual page refers to the FreeBSD FAQ, the URL has
	changed from http://www.FreeBSD.org/FAQ/userppp.html to
	http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/ppp.html

Fix: Patch to usr.sbin/ppp/ppp.8 and usr.sbin/ppp/README.devel, relative to
	/usr/src:
How-To-Repeat: 	Read ppp(8) manpage; try to access the URL listed.
