	The description of the field ">Confidential:" in the info page of
	send-pr says that the default value of the field is "yes", whereas it
	should be probably "no".

Fix: Apply the patch.

send-pr(1) is contributed software, thus it is required you take this up 
with the GNU folks (we do not want to fix this in our tree due to quirks 
in cvs which make this an expensive operation). When the GNU people have 
fixed it, it will be imported. You knew that already :-) 

Should it be already fixed in the latest GNU release, please followup to 
bug-followup@FreeBSD.org on this PR with the subject line unchanged and 
let us know. Thanks!
