	The MINI kernel suggested for creating a boot floppy is not compatible
	with FreeBSD-4.6 (and possibly earlier releases). The kernel source as
	listed in the Handbook won't configure or compile.

Fix: 

Configuration errors have been corrected in modified sample kernel
	included. Compilation error has NOT been corrected.
How-To-Repeat: 	Attempt to configure and/or compile MINI kernel as described.

I've updated this section to use the livefs CD instead of the fixit 
floppy.  Thanks for the PR.
