	The addition of the Vinum chapter in the handbook resulted in
	incorrect chapter numbers in the preface

Fix: Apply the patch to books/handbook/preface/preface.sgml

I want to do some work on the contents page as well. 
This shouldl fit in reasonably well with that.

I fixed this in a different way which should guarantee that the references 
stay consistent no matter what happens in the future.
