Vendor: Dynalink (Tulip.com all over the box??!?)
card lc100c16 (16 bit 10/100 UTP)

This card isn't autodetected (not in pccard database)

Fix: 

Add to pccard.conf database:

card "Dynalink" "L100C16"
config auto "ed0" ? 0x9
   insert /etc/pccard_ether ed0 link0 -link1
   remove /sbin/ifconfig ed0 delete
