File system crashes when much disk activity. Even i cannot create new
core. With old versions 3.x it was be all good.So that is not bad blocks
on my HD.
my hardware is: intel TX chipset,WDC33100 hard drive.

Without more information this will be impossible to resolve.  Can 
you describe the disk crash? Do you get any error messages? Can you 
send us the lines from dmesg which relate to your disk and ATA 
controler. 

There have been continual ATA improvements since 4.3, so if you can 
try a 4.6.2 release or a 4-STABLE snapshot you might even have better 
luck.
