The net/ratoolset port is badly out of date and has been renamed by
it's owers. The enclosed diffs patch the latest ratoolset port to
irrtoolset, so the current port should be repo-copied to the new name.

Sorry this is so long. The new version almost builds cleanly on
FreeBSD so all patch files have been deleted.
