	This volume30 comp.sources.misc utility optimizes compression
	for graphics in PCL.  It operates directly on PCL data.  Written
	by Tony Parkhurst of HP - San Diego when the LaserJet IIISi,
	DeskJet 500 C, and PaintJet XL were current.

	Perhaps someone would like to graft in the type-9 compression
	and decompression that is current on most HP printers?  To be
	fair, my printer is pretty slow with plaintext, too... so I
	may have some lpt0 driver mismatch problems.  The printer is
	PnP and not being probed past the port.  Maybe it'd run better
	polled than IRQ driven.  OTOH, that's deeper than I want to take
	time to go at present.  As much as possible, I'm a paperless
	person, anyways.

	Yet my year-old printer *does* support the 4 compression methods
	that this port uses for its optimization, and it'll likey demo
	techniques for something really good.

This has been around for a long time and nobody has stepped 
up to the plate.  If you would like to create the port I would 
be happy to commit it for you, otherwise considering its 
current dormant state nothing will happen. :(
