	Add a link to paper showing how to set up PPoE
	for a T-DSL line offered by a major German provider.

	This patch was suggested by Thomas Schwarzkopf
	<tschwarzkopf@t-online.de>.

How-To-Repeat: 	Try to configure a T-DSL line in Germany by following
	the instructions given in the handbook.  Do not
	use Udo's paper.
