Description Gary W. Swearingen 2002-09-27 04:50:01 UTC
http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.6.2R/hardware-i386.html doesn't even
mention pointers and video cards.

The "introduction" and/or "miscellaneous" sections should say something
about the OS supporting VGA-compatible cards and giving a link to
http://www.xfree86.org for information about video cards under XFree86.

The page should also have a new section on "pointers" with some blabbing
about serial, PS/2, and bus mouses, trackballs, touchpads, etc. under
"moused" and another link to XFree86.org for more info about such
devices under XFree86. Maybe say that some touchpads behave as PS/2
mouses.

Added some text along these lines to hardware notes for 5-CURRENT.
I'll MFC this when I get a chance.

I'll finish this off eventually, but if some other doc committer wants
an easy MFC, feel free.
