	Correct Dependency on arts
	Add gnomehier to USE_GNOME, This should fix the bento error
	Add USE_X_PREFIX, gnomeports go /usr/X11R6
	Add depndency on id3lib, as INSTALL document stats it is necessary
	Fix installation of .desktop file and png file, don't try
	to write to /usr/share.
	Fixes PLIST
