	The reason why I would like to see the new version of texinfo in the 
	tree is, that it doesnot warn if there is an : in the index.
	This reduces a lot of useless warnings during makeinfo.
	Of course there are probably more important changes, 
	that are not so obvious.

Fix: 

Import texinfo 4.2
