        mod_snmp is apache module for apache-1.3 later 1.3.14.
        this takes apache status over snmp v1.
        this is module but not pure module. this is including patch for apache itself

We have already to many apache13 ports. 

I would like to add this as an option to existing 
apache13-modssl. 

can you send a diff?
