 	4.7R (actually RELEG_4_7) show some delay at boot time after ata0. 
 	Unseen previously (same hw).

Fix: 

Don't know.
How-To-Repeat:  	Boot the machine.

There was a few changes in this area, but its not possible to 
avoid all dealys here (the spec calls for a 30s wait for slow 
devices).
