All of the ports you recently PR'd do build.  There muct be something wrong 
on your machine.  As I recall, you have built of them on your machine 
succesfully in the past. 

This particular one looks like a problem with ORBit.  The file gnome-panel.idl 
is certainly not empty.  Can you try reinstalling the ORBit port, and see 
if that has a positive effect?

This problem was solved after doing a forced update or devel/ORBit.
