The doc(4) manual page is, imho, missing a cross-reference to ulpt(4).
Also, it makes a cross-reference to usb(3) which appears not to exist.

Fix: 

My suggested fix would be to remove usb(3) from the cross-reference list and
add ulpt(4).
How-To-Repeat: Read usb(4).

Hmmm, I can't find a doc(4) manpage.  But there is a reference to
usb(3) in usb(4)... is that what you mean?

I have Cc'ed Josef Karthauser, our USB meister, who will know what we
need to do next :-)
