GNUMail can't be fetched, add a new entry to MASTER_SITES

How-To-Repeat: flynn@christine# cd /usr/ports/mail/gnumail
flynn@christine# sudo make fetch
-- GNUMail-1.0.3.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
