A small bug in the variable substitution was fixed.  News/diablo should now
build again on -current.

The version of xmake-1.06.tgz the previous patch was based on wasn't the
final one.  files/patch-aa has been included in the tar ball, so it
should be deleted.  Attached is a new diff with the correct md5 sum.
