	"Submit Followup" at the bottom of pr 
page(http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=id) is link to 
"mailto:freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org,formersender?subject=Re:pr title
	but when try to send pr by clicking this link, it will only send a email to 
freebsd-gnats maillist and former sender.

Fix: 

I think the link named "Submit Followup" should be 
mailto:bug-followup@freebsd.org,formersender?subject=Re:pr title

freebsd-gnats-submit and bug-followup are equivalent; sending mail to either
alias achieves the same thing.

This isn't a problem; freebsd-gnats-submit and bug-followup are equivalent.
