	man 5 core does not mention anything about sugid_coredump
sysctl'able kernel variable.

Fix: 

By default core file is not created for sugID processes. To enable
it set "sysctl sugid_coredump=1".
How-To-Repeat: 	man 5 core|grep sugid_coredump

Thanks for reporting this.  The manpage was already fixed in -current. 
I synchronised the text of 4.X with the HEAD version.  If you CVSup 
and rebuild to RLENG_4 you should see the changes.
