	Both the location of the list archives and, to a lesser extent, the
	core monthly reports have been provided on -developers now and then
	because committers keep forgetting them (or didn't now them, to begin
	with).

Fix: Apply the following patch, probably with some double checking/tweaking,
	as I am not a -docs expert.

I committed a slightly different patch without whitespaces changes, I 
fixed the indentation and used some tags where needed.  Thanks.
