    Updates news/tin to the 20030113 snapshot.  Adds functionality to repeat
    searches, fixes some multibyte problems and some other miscellaneous
    things.  Changelog is at:

        <ftp://ftp.tin.org/pub/news/clients/tin/unstable/snapshots/CHANGES>

How-To-Repeat: 	
    Just needs a new checksum in distinfo.  Tin snaps are always uploaded to
    the same place with the same filename.
