The wdm project moved, so the distfile is no longer fetchable at the
old MASTER_SITES. Update MASTER_SITES and WWW. The new author
obviousle created a new tarball with a different md5. Both tarballs
include the same files as checked by diff.

Kris, while you're at it, you might want to consider updating to 1.21,
if you've got the time
