	add Tips and Tricks section into Early Adopted Guide
	I think its help for people who works with RELENG_4, but
	don't know anythink about 5.X features.

I've added something about MAKEDEV / devfs to the EAG, but I think the 
rest of this patch is more appropriate for the FAQ.  Can you resubmit 
this as an addition to the FAQ?  The informal problem/solution items 
you've created here don't fit well with this article, but they are 
perfect for the FAQ.  Thanks for taking the time to write this.
