	devel/libol updates from 0.2.24 to 0.3.9.

Fix: Here is the simple patch.

Today I posted pr for update a port of devel/libol.

Because I am not familiar with send-pr(1),
I mistook to make its e-mail.

How can I fix this problem?
Should I post it again?
