- Update to 1.1.12
- Temporarily disable USE_AUTOCONF as this version requires autoconf 2.54
  which is still not available in the ports tree

Prerequisite for security/opencdk and security/gnutls updates to follow.

Port maintainer - arved@FreeBSD.org - has been copied.

The update was tested under -STABLE and -CURRENT.
